The client expresses interest in a specific location or a presale property.

Consultation & Pre-Approval

Down Payment to Developer
The client pays the developer the down payment percentage required by the builder’s contract (typically around 10%).

HIR Casa Covers the Gap
The client contributes the difference between 36% and the developer’s down payment requirement, paying the remaining balance directly to HIR Casa.

Credit Approval & Title Work
The client works with HIR Casa to complete the credit approval process and initiate the title transfer for the property.
